Paris Saint-Germain withdraws from the race to contract with Dele Alli

English press reports revealed today, Saturday, that Paris Saint-Germain will not take a further step to sign Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Del Alli in the upcoming summer transfers.

According to the newspaper "Daily Express", Paris Saint-Germain, run by former Tottenham coach Mauricio Puccino, decided to withdraw from the race to sign Alli, and has now drawn his attention to contracting Manuel Lanzini, a West Ham United player.

The newspaper added that Allie still has more than two years in his current contract, but has suggested that he may leave this summer to continue his career elsewhere, although it is now unlikely that Paris Saint-Germain will be his next destination.

The 24-year-old Dele lost his fortunes under coach Jose Mourinho and failed to consolidate his regular place in the starting line-up, and the French league champion made loan offers to the player in January, but the London club was unwilling to let him leave.

The Spurs midfielder has played only 9 matches in the Premier League so far this season, starting only two of those matches and has substituted in 7 other matches.

And English press reports said earlier that Paris Saint-Germain is studying the submission of an official offer to include the Egyptian star Mohamed Salah, a professional in the ranks of Liverpool during the upcoming summer transfer period, as the British newspaper "The Times" said that Paris Saint-Germain is considering joining the Liverpool wing. After the end of the current season, as a first solution to consolidate their ranks.
