The Egypt and Comoros national team match will be held next Monday at 6 pm at the Cairo International Stadium at the end of the African Nations 2022 qualifiers in Cameroon, which were decided by the two teams by officially qualifying for the tournament.
The Egyptian national team players and the technical staff of the Pharaohs, led by Hossam El-Badry, underwent a swab to detect the Corona virus today at the residence of the Pharaohs, according to CAF's instructions before the Comoros match scheduled for next Monday.
The residence of the national team is witnessing the application of medical measures to prevent the Corona virus in a large way, and visits inside the hotel have been banned, in addition to isolating each player in a separate room while preventing gatherings and mixing in addition to sterilization and continuous disinfection of rooms and the role in which the Pharaohs reside.
The technical staff of the first Egyptian team, led by Hossam El-Badry, decided to transfer the Pharaohs' training tomorrow to Petrosport instead of Cairo International Stadium, due to the holding of the Comoros national team training at the same time as the team's training at Cairo Stadium.
Egypt raised its score after the draw with Kenya to 9 points, equal with the Comoros, while Kenya raised its score to 4 points, and the Egyptian team left one qualifying match against Comoros next Monday, which will be at the top of the group after the two teams officially qualify.
